Reception / 8am to 11pm
The reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Please note that outside these hours, it will not be possible to carry out the check-out. The main door is locked outside these hours: don’t forget to take your room card so that you can enter the hotel.
Check-in / from 4pm
On the day of your arrival, rooms are available from 4 p.m. However, in the event of early arrival and depending on our availability, we will do everything we can to reduce the waiting time. If you arrive after 11 p.m., our team will inform you of the remote access procedure to facilitate your arrival.
Check-out /until 11am
On the day of your departure, rooms must be vacated before 11 a.m. If you would like a late check-out (2:00 p.m. maximum, €50 charge), do not hesitate to contact the reception team, who will do their best to accommodate you, depending on availability.

Breakfast is served as a buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in our Bertine restaurant. As it is a buffet, there is free seating.
Dinner / 6.30pm to 9pm
Notre restaurant est ouvert le soir de 18h30 à 21h00 (heure de passage), il est conseillé de réserver votre table.

The indoor pool as well as the jacuzzi and the sensory shower are open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. There are towels available on level -1, as well as lockers to store your belongings. As a reminder, access to the areas is with your room card.<.p>
Spa / 2pm to 8pm
Sauna, hammam and sensory shower are open from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
