Thanks to its central position within the Portes du Soleil, Morzine offers many possibilities! Three package options are available to you to enjoy the joys of skiing: Morzine/Les Gets, Avoriaz, and Les Portes du Soleil ! It is possible to purchase your packages at the reception for all areas with preferential rates for 3 days and upwards (5% off).
Morzine/Les Gets skipass
The Morzine/Les Gets area is a superb playground, which is particularly suitable for families and intermediate skiers. A wide choice of ‘easy’ slopes, great panoramic spots, beginner areas with magic carpet lifts, fun areas, as well as freeride areas and, of course, great restaurants and après-ski options. If we had to mention a few must-see spots:

Bar/Resto l’Aprèski (Secteur Les Gets – TC Chavannes)
Pour accéder au secteur Morzine/Les Gets depuis l’hôtel, les navettes P et U (comment se déplacer ?) pourront vous emmener soit à l’Office de Tourisme soit à proximité du Télécabine du Pleney, point de départ pour votre escapade.
With its higher altitude and its northeast exposure, the Avoriaz area offers a better snow guarantee with equally simple access, either with the Super-Morzine cable car (500m from the hotel) or via the shuttles towards Les Prochains (Shuttle A). It is an area that is more suitable for good skiers and thrill-seekers in freestyle and freeride areas, even if beginners are obviously not left behind. If we had to mention a few must-see spots:
With the Portes du Soleil package, there is no more need to think…you can ski freely in 12 resorts spread between France and Switzerland. Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz, Chatel, Morgins, Champéry, etc…an incredible playground! The only trap… be careful with the closing times of the ski lifts in order to make the connections!

For all your ski lessons, we advise you to contact the ESF (Ecole du Ski Francais/French ski school) of Morzine and Avoriaz from beginners to advanced skiers, from snowshoeing to cross-country skiing via snowboarding and alpine skiing, the ESF of Portes du Soleil will be able to answer all your requests for private lessons in the group lesson. For children, the ESF Morzine has a kindergarten at the foot of the slopes near the Pleney cable car station. Depending on the snow cover, a beginner zone is also available at the top of Pleney.
