Breakfast by Bertine
At Le Névé, breakfast is sacred! From 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., find a complete savoury/sweet buffet. On the menu, you’ll find quality fresh bread delivered by our baker (Les Epis du Roc) with traditional baguettes, as well as special breads. Homemade cakes and brioche, cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, cereals, pastries, fruit, etc.
What about dinner at Bertine ?
Since 1961 and the opening of Le Névé, sharing and simplicity have punctuated the evolution of our brand. 60 years later, it is this spirit that we want to continue. Not forgetting our roots, going back to simple things and taking the time to enjoy oneself… this is the story that our chef Louise Tanguy wants to tell through her dishes. At Bertine, we like to work with fresh and local products for a menu that gives pride of place to the homemade!
